Formación del profesorado, empoderamiento y resiliencia infantil: una revisiónsistemática

El presente artículo tuvo como objetivo realizar una revisión documental para identificar las competencias pedagógicas, psicosociales y legales que requieren los docentes para promover el empoderamiento y la resiliencia en niños víctimas de violencia intrafamiliar y escolar. Dentro de los criterios de inclusión que se tuvieron en cuenta, fueron artículos arbitrados, libros y capítulos académicos publicados entre 2015 y 2025 que abordaron explícitamente competencias de los profesores vinculados a contextos de violencia, resiliencia y empoderamiento infantil y, con criterios de exclusión que descartaron literatura gris, documentos sin revisión por pares y textos sin acceso completo. La búsqueda se realizó en bases de datos como Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet, Latindex y Google Scholar, y los principales resultados muestran que ellos, requieren fortalecer sus competencias pedagógicas, para diseñar entornos de aprendizaje inclusivos y resilientes; psicosociales, para brindar acompañamiento emocional y fomentar el desarrollo socioafectivo; y legales, para actuar conforme a las normativas y protocolos de protección infantil. Se logró inferir que estas, resultan complementarias e indispensables para que los maestros desempeñen un rol protector y transformador, garantizando el bienestar y los derechos de los niños en contextos de vulnerabilidad.
