Open Access Policy Statement
Nexus: Multidisciplinary Research Journal (MIR) operates in full compliance with the definition of Open Access established by the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and the principles of Diamond Open Access. We understand that Open Access is not limited solely to free online availability, but requires the removal of permission barriers through a transparent definition of copyright and user rights.
Our journal adopts a non-commercial model. All published content is available immediately and free of charge in digital format, with no Article Processing Charges (APCs) for authors and no subscription costs for readers.
Content reuse rights are clearly regulated under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This ensures that readers, researchers, and institutions can consult, download, share, reproduce, and adapt the published works legally, provided that proper authorship credit is given and that it is done strictly for non-commercial purposes.
In coherence with the international standards of DOAJ and Redalyc, Nexus (MIR) guarantees that authors retain their copyright without restrictions, granting the publisher only the necessary rights for the publication, indexing, and global dissemination of the work. Through this policy, the journal reaffirms its commitment to the democratization of scientific knowledge, editorial transparency, and the consolidation of open science.
